A staple in the Central Florida areas as well as in the US Virgin Islands, LIPS INT'L (Ladies In Pursuit of Sound) is the only all female Caribbean DJ Group. The main DJ, DJ Wutlessgirl was born inGeorgetown Guyana and moved to Queens Village NY early in life. She then transitioned to the Central Florida area and finally has settled in America's Paradise, St. Croix, The US Virgin Islands. Known as the party starters, the passion for music stands out at every performance. Falling in love with music at a young age, LIPS INT'L portrays that love and knowledge every time you hear this diverse group! You can find LIPS INT'L setting the tone at corporate events, weddings, private events and clubs all over the world. The ultimate goal? To change the landscape of music, which has historically been a male dominated fraternity of sound. LIPS can be heard on the FM dial, Tune in Radio and seen on Facebook Live feeds as they bring their sound to 101.3 ROE FM, a local Virgin Islands radio station. This talentedgroup have also had the pleasure of being featured DJs on Sirius XM.
LIPS INTERNATIONAL has been granted many opportunities to open for the biggest artists, names such as Buju Banton, Beres Hammond, Tarrus Riley, Machel Montano, Alison Hinds, Edwin Yearwood and many others. They have performed on several international platforms including all of the past UberSoca Cruises, several international carnivals including Soca in Japan - Tokyo, Japan Carnival), Bahamas Carnival, Trinida Carnival, Guyana Carnival, Orlando & Miami Carnivals, USVI Festivals, Las Vegas International Music Festival, Flag Fete Music Festival, amongst many others. Their depth and knowledge of music is unparalleled. Don't be fooled, although the ladies hail from the Caribbean and proudly represent their cultures as often as possible, their thirst for stepping outside of the box musically is what separates them from the masses.
